How to Deal With Seller Objections in Real Estate

One of the biggest problems real estate investors face is getting the seller to sign the contract. Real estate investor and attorney, Bill Bronchick, says stop talking so much and start listening more.

When the seller says, I need to think about it or I’m not sure or I’ll get back to you, he’s really saying I don’t trust you or I’m not comfortable with this.
Here’s how to handle seller objections:

  • Validate the objection
  • Answer it as best as you can
  • Ask  if you satisfied the objection
  • Ask if there’s anything else bothering them
